Multi-branch gold loan software — every branch, one position
Branch-wise books and profit & loss, role-based permissions, controlled cash and gold movement between branches, and a head-office consolidation you can trust without ringing anyone.
- Branch P&L
- Role-based permissions
- Consolidated in real time

The second branch is where the trouble starts
One shop is manageable on paper. Two shops means two cash positions, two registers, two people making lending decisions, and a phone call every evening to find out where you stand. By the fourth branch the evening phone call has become a spreadsheet that is always a day old and never quite reconciles.
Multi-branch support in FinAcc is not a reporting layer added on top. Branch is a dimension of every entry — every loan, every receipt, every ledger posting — so the consolidated view is the same data your branches are working in, not a copy of it.
What you get across branches
Branch-wise profit & loss
Interest earned, costs and net position per branch, so you can see which locations actually make money rather than which write the most loans.
Live consolidated position
Total book, disbursements today, interest collected, overdue ageing and cash — across every branch, on screen or on a phone.
Role-based permissions
Who can see which branch, who can write a loan above a limit, who can waive interest, who can authorise a release. With an audit trail on each.
Cash & gold transfers
Inter-branch movement recorded as sending and receiving entries, visible in transit until acknowledged.
Central scheme control
Interest schemes defined once at head office and enabled per branch, so local flexibility does not become local invention.
Repledge across branches
Bank lines and packets tracked at group level even when the underlying loans were written in different branches.
When a second branch breaks your Excel workflow
Multi-branch gold loan software should show live pledge position across counters, with role-based access so a cashier in one town cannot alter another branch's books.
- Branch-wise day book + consolidated owner view
- Shared customer/KYC with branch-level permissions
- Repledge and auction controls that still work at scale
Frequently asked questions
How many branches can FinAcc handle?
There is no practical limit. Customers run FinAcc across single shops and across multi-branch operations, and branches are added as you open them rather than requiring a new deployment.
Can each branch keep its own books?
Yes. Every branch has its own daybook, cash book and profit and loss, and head office sees each branch separately as well as the consolidated position.
Can I stop branch staff seeing other branches?
Yes. Role-based permissions control which branches, which screens and which actions each user can reach, with approval limits where you want a second pair of eyes.
How is cash and gold movement between branches recorded?
As a controlled transfer with a sending and receiving entry, so nothing is in two places or in none. Movements in transit are visible until acknowledged.
Do all branches have to use the same interest schemes?
No. Schemes are set centrally and can be enabled per branch, so a branch in a competitive market can run different rates while head office keeps control of what exists.
What if one branch has poor internet?
That branch can run on-premise while the rest are on the cloud, or the whole deployment can be on-premise with consolidation. We will design it around your worst connection, not your best. See deployment options.
Multi-branch ops checklist
A practical list of what head office and branch managers should be able to do every day without evening phone calls or a day-old spreadsheet.
Branch day-close
- Cash book and gold stock match the day’s receipts and releases
- Day book locked for the branch once closing balances are confirmed
- Exceptions (short cash, unposted receipts) visible to head office the same evening
Role permissions
- Cashiers limited to their own branch screens and actions
- Loan limits, interest waivers and releases need the right role or approval
- Audit trail on who changed what, and from which branch
Consolidated reports
- Live book, disbursements, interest collected and overdue ageing across branches
- Branch-wise P&L next to the group total — same data, not a copy
- Owner view on phone or desktop without waiting for a WhatsApp summary
Repledge across branches
- Bank / third-party packets tracked at group level even when loans were written in different branches
- Release sequencing clear before a customer collects ornaments
- Limit utilisation visible so you know remaining headroom before you lend
